$whoami --industry

Built for offices where IT is always busy.

The same desk works for a 200-person school and a 3,000-seat BPO. What changes is the problem it solves first.

Mid-size companies

"Who has the spare laptop?"

One desk for head office and branches, with assets and licences tied to each employee from joining day to exit.

Schools and colleges

"The lab projector is down again."

Separate queues for staff, labs and admin office, plus a portal students and teachers can use without logging a call.

Hospitals

"The ward printer stopped at 2 am."

P1 rules for clinical systems, on-call rotas for night shifts and a full history for every device on the ward.

Manufacturing plants

"Nine people reported one printer."

Duplicate reports from the shop floor collapse into one incident, assigned to the technician at that plant.

BPOs

"Thirty agents cannot log in before shift."

Shift-aware SLAs, bulk password help with identity checks and headset and desktop tracking per seat.

Managed IT service providers

"Twelve clients, one team."

Run every client from one login with their own SLAs, portals, asset lists and monthly reports.

$cat /etc/ai-rules

The AI asks before it touches anything.

Guided fixes for users, suggestions for engineers. Anything that changes an account, a device or a permission waits for a person.

How the AI Ticket Resolver works
$ cat /etc/ai-rules

No system changes without approval

The AI never resets accounts, installs software or changes permissions without an engineer’s approval or the user’s own verified action.

Identity first, then the reset

Users verify who they are with a one-time code before any self-service password reset.

Company devices, not personal activity

Asset Vault records company hardware and software. It never monitors browsing, messages or personal use.

Encrypted and never sold

Ticket and asset data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell it or use it to advertise.

$setup --estimate

Taking tickets on day one.

No migration project. Point your channels at Twitechindia, bring a spreadsheet of devices and start.

Day 1, hour 1

Connect channels

Forward it@ to your desk address, link the WhatsApp number and drop the chat widget on your intranet.

Day 1, hour 2

Sync users from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Upload assets and licences from a CSV.

Day 1, hour 3

Switch on guided fixes

Contact support
01Does the AI change our systems on its own?
No. The AI Ticket Resolver guides users through fixes they can do themselves and suggests fixes to engineers. Resetting accounts, installing software or changing permissions always needs an engineer’s approval or the user’s own verified action.
02Can we use it as a managed service provider?
Yes. The sudo plan lets you run many client companies from one login, each with its own queues, SLAs, portal branding, asset lists and reports.
03Does it connect to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. Twitechindia reads requests from shared mailboxes, matches users from your directory and pulls licence counts so Licence Check stays accurate.
04How long does setup take?
Most teams are taking tickets on day one. Connect your support mailbox and WhatsApp number, import users and assets from a CSV, and switch on the starter knowledge base. Fine-tuning categories and SLAs usually takes the first week.
05What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export tickets, assets, licences and knowledge articles as CSV at any time. After cancellation your workspace data is deleted on a fixed schedule described in our privacy policy.
06Which channels can employees use to raise a ticket?
Email, WhatsApp, a web chat widget and the Self-Service Portal. Every channel creates the same kind of ticket, so nothing gets handled differently just because of where it arrived.
